We are the only mobile wood fired catering in Erie County. We have 2 wood fired trucks to choose from. Our 1956 Ford or 1942 Dodge. Whether you are looking for wood fired pizzas, wings, ribs, pulled pork, mac and cheese or wood fired desserts, we can customize a menu just for your event. We can cater parties from 40-800 people.

What’s your signature dish?
All of our pizzas. We bring 18 different toppings to create a lot of different combos like chicken bacon ranch pizza, our old 56 which is a margarita pizza.
What do you love most about your job?
We love making our customers special day awesome! We take pride in every pizza that we create. We take special requests and allow hosts to make their own pie.
