I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment! I've eaten here on many occasions and they have never disappointed. As someone with a history as a picky eater, I frequently find the courage to try new items and I'm always overwhelmed by the flavors and textures they present. The authentic quality of this restaurant and their service is wonderful, as well.A small anecdote, as this is written during the covid lockdown: I ordered a to-go meal for my family and I was picking it up and chatting with one of the owners. He asked about my family and I shared that we have newborn twins at home. On my way out the door he gave me a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate! Amazing authentic Italian!!   We tried it last night for the first time..  The eggplant Parmesan was cooked to perfection! My son had a very lightly breaded chicken breast with arugula potatoes and tomatoes that was light simple and amazing. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Italian food at a very affordable price! We will definitely make this a regular restaurant for me and my family! More...

I've been craving for a creme brûlée but I couldn't find many options in Long Beach until I stumbled upon the Vino e Cucina's creme brûlée cheesecake, which is to die for (a phrase I never used to describe any food until this review). I ordered the carbonara which was amazing in its own right but the creme brûlée cheesecake made a higher impression upon me. It costs $10 for a slice which seems a bit pricy but it is also fair in terms of its unique flavor and deliciousness. I will say I wish it was a tad bigger like the ones from Doll Babee Cheesecakes, but it is still worth it. It's a perfect blend of both great desserts into one. I will be ordering another side of pasta to complement the creme brûlée cheesecake the next time I order takeout during these trying times for small and local businesses/restaurants. More...

Exceptional food, outstanding service. So glad we came back tonight after living out of the area for a while.  Loved the warm bread to hold us over as we reviewed our menu choices.  Tried the artichoke appetizer which was absolutely wonderful and the special appetizer of zucchini blossoms, equally delicious. For main entrees we had the spaghetti carbonara and the Gorgonzola pasta dish with walnuts.   Our plates were completely empty and we left too full for dessert , sadly.    Definitely will be back to try more of their amazing dishes and will try to save room for dessert! First time in, we came early to beat the rush as it is always busy. Waited on by the owner took his recommendations on the wine, anti pasta and dinner, all were great choices and really hit it out of the park. My husband, kids and I are here from Louisiana visiting my mother in law. She took us here for the second time last night. We liked it the first time we went a couple of years ago, but I fell completely in love with this place last night! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting; the service is outstanding; and the food and wine are simply delicious! Even my super picky young sons enjoyed everything!
