Had a chance to stop today and pick up lunch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful space, and the outdoor seating options are great. The turkey sandwich was very good, and so was the juice. It was our first time their and we were not sure if we ordered at the counter or what. The staff did take our orders but it was obvious they were not really sure what to do. We had the steak dinner and it was terrible. We had to send them back because we ordered Medium and they were all beyond well done. I had been wanting to try Vine for quite a while and finally had a free lunch time to do so. I ordered the Margherita pizza which the cashier told me would take about 15 minutes. No problem. Around 30 minutes later, I received my food. Unfortunately it was only once i got back to my office with my order that I realized it was nearly inedible. The whole thing was so soggy you couldn’t even pick it up to bite it. I tried to eat it but just could not stomach it. For the cost and extra time I had to wait, it was completely unacceptable. I have been there several times already and enjoy the food. Twice I have had hair in my panini which is the only sad part. We tried the new dinners and kids love the basil pizza, I thought it had to much of the tomato sauce for my liking. My husband had a steak, looked a little raw still but once we cooked it at home a bit more it was good. Overall, the dinner I think is reasonable price for the amount. More...
