I’ve been working with Vince for at least 5 years and he’s consistently fabulous. Vince listens and adjusts workouts according to my needs and he’s always introducing new exercises, keeping my interest every time. I have been working with Vince for 4 months at my home. I am 74 years old - yet he relates well to my level of ability, is knowledgeable in many areas of fitness, and tailors workouts to meet my unique wishes and needs.
He keeps the workout going with consistent timing, listens, and makes interesting conversation which makes the workout seem to go more easily and quickly.
I have had several health problems during this time. Vince has been gracious about postponing or changing my appointments. Best of all - I have seen results already without injury or pain.

Vince is a wonderful trainer. My special needs daughter and I have worked out with him for about 4 years. He is very patient, adjusts exercises when needed, and makes the workout fun. Vince also is great with building the relationship with his clients. he truly cares about his clients.
