Went here cuz we heard that Cole was a stud - and he IS!! On top of that, the food was nuts, service was amazing, and the wait wasn't long at all! Highly recommend. Ask for Cole!

The waiter Cole, he was such a stud! I took him up on his suggestion for the stuffed French toast! So tasteful! Loved the fresh raze-berry stuffed French toast! Loved the raspberry reduction sauce they garnished with! The best surprise about this place they know how to make an excellent barista style coffee!!! My family and I stopped here for breakfast and everything we ordered was amazing. We had steak and eggs, corn cakes, tacos. ..all sorts of options and all were delicious! Worst service. We got there and they quickly ordered our drinks. Our drinks arrived and that was the last time we saw our waiter. 25 minutes later a table of about 12 was seated next to us (same waiter) and brought out their drinks and took their food order. Other people got their food, ate, and paid while we were still waiting. It was over 30 minutes and we decided to leave. WE STILL HAD TO PAY FOR OUR COFFEES. not once did we get a "we're so sorry" "can we do anything" "oh your coffees are on us". Great little restaurant we found for breakfast, on our travels. Food was great, service was great, wonderful staff, clean restaurant. We had eggs, sausage, ham, toast, biscuits, sausage gravy, juice and homemade raspberry jelly. Everything was wonderful, very good and came out perfect. Plenty of food. They had a good variety of breakfast and lunch food. Quaint little restaurant. Homemade jelly was so good we had to buy a jar! They also had some amazing looking homemade pies. Had a late breakfast on our way to Crystal Mill and boy are we happy we ended up here. The service from Katia (Tia) was purely fantastic. She was so sweet and went out of her way to make our meal enjoyable. 5 stars to Tia!!The food was great to. I had a broad mix of their breakfast items and everything was very good. Topped it off with fresh squeezed lemonade and orange juice! The icing on the cake was the homemade raspberry jam! Such a great meal; it really started our adventure to Crystal Mill the right way. Omg u should really visit this place. We are camping 20 miles south in Redstone and came up to Carbondale since it is raining. 25 min wait but worth it. Our server, Rodrigo, was fantastic and recommended the Chile relleno for one of us. Fantastic. I had the byo skillet and the other two had the avocado toast. Us ladies never finish a meal and we were the clean plate club today. Ingredients fresh, salsa tasty. The screwdriver, mimosa, and bellinis were great as well. Did I mention it's raining all day?!
