The food is great, it tastes wonderful. If I was rating on taste alone I would stop there, but the consistency in which the food is prepared is awful. I order the build a bowl at least once a week, more like twice a week. At least twice a month it is not prepared according to the instructions I check on GrubHub. At first, I thought this was GrubHub thing, how the instructions print out, so I tried SwipeBy and also just calling in the food. The results were the same. It isn't just something I leave in the comments section. It is even the selections that Village Juice gives us, such as "chop in dressing", "add bacon", etc. Again, the quality of the food alone makes me keep trying, but the consistency at which my items are made keeps disappointing me. I love the food and juices. They are wonderful. My only complaint is all of the plastic! Bottling juice in glass and not using plastic forks would save a lot!!
