First off, this is such a cute coffee shop and bakery! I went in and loved the setting and ordered a coffee and a muffin— I waited 20 minutes for my muffin and nothing, so I went to the lady at the cashier to ask and she was so accommodating! She felt so bad about making me wait (though I was in no rush) that she ended up giving me a free pastry. Village Cafe, with its eclectic and elegant decor, has an intimate and welcoming ambiance. They have mouth-watering desserts like macarons and dacquoise in rich and creative flavors that totally hit the spot. The food and the latte are EXCELLENT! This is not a cookie-cutter franchise restaurant. Everthing was freshly made and the staff and owner are wonderful people who really care about their customers. This place was amazing! Sooo sooo cute! I had an awesome ham sandwich on sourdough and a royal milk tea, made with earl grey tea. Seriously so yummy! And the girl working there (short red hair, didn't catch her name�) was seriously so sweet. We are new to the area and she told us about some cool places to go. We will definitely be here again. The tea is so good that I would come here just for it. Lol More...

Such a perfect little hidden gem in our wonderful city of Colleyville! Such a joy sitting in a peaceful atmosphere with a great cup of tea � that is made to order with such delicate details! The sweets are all amazing and made from scratch daily!! Tried the Italian Biscotti and mint fudge today...the lemon lavender scone last week...all very yummy! Their salads, sandwiches and paninis are fresh and tasty! I loved the chicken pesto panini! I’ve yet to have anything not to my liking or expectation! Everything here is made from scratch. I had the Bulgogi Panini yesterday (slow-braised Korean flank-steak sandwich) along with a Swedish roll (imagine a cinnamon roll but less punch-you-in-the-teeth-with-cinnamon and not lathered with buttery frosting). The Masala Chai Spice Latte is made with Steven Smith Tea Makers Tea, which is not only some of the highest quality Tea on the market, but very rare in Texas. He makes it in a two-step process: first, by actually steeping the Tea for about 8 minutes and, second, by combining it with organic steamed milk. The taste and quality are worth the extra wait. If you want an over-processed sugar-bomb, go to Starbucks. If you want quality, character and charisma, come here. More...
