Went with a group from work. Food was simple but tasty. Fun electronic score boards included our actual pictures. Alleys where well cares for. Balls were old but not pitted.

I was at a private party last evening in the Bugline Room and I just had to publicly commend the service. The young man bussing the room was in one word FANTASTIC! ! He was polite, friendly, cleaned tables as soon as plates were empty, etc. Every time he came thru the room, he asked if everything was alright and if anything was needed. Before clearing a table no one was sitting at m, asked if they were coming back”because I don’t want to take their drinks or plates if they are”. I was glad to see him on my way out to personally tell him how wonderful his service was but I didn’t think that was enough-I wanted the Village Bowl management team to know what a great employee they have in that young man. Heritage Hall was a fantastic venue! They were very accommodating with menu requests (they were even able to provide the raspberry vinaigrette dressing I asked for!
). We were allowed in to decorate well over 24h before our event, and the event staff & bartenders were fantastic!
Because the hall was located under the Village Bowl bowling alley, I was a little concerned that there may be some noise carry-over from the bowling alley, but there was none at all!
The only thing you need to consider is that, by Village of Menomonee Falls order, all alcohol consumption needs to end at midnight.
Final verdict, they were great, if my husband & I had the choice to go back & rent anywhere else... we wouldn't. Heritage Hall was fantastic!

Our first dining experience here we met the owners. What a nice couple. We have eaten here several times and the food has always been great. Everything is homemade. I have bowled here many times, and I have never had any problem. The lanes are great in terms of quality, I have never had to wait for an employee, and the food is great. The pro shop staff are very knowledgeable, and they helped me get a new ball that was right for me.
