Steve has been a great help in multiple facets of my career development. Firstly, he has assisted me with improving my resume. My resume now has key updates to it that really make it stand out in comparison to what it previously looked like. Second, Steve has walked me through numerous interview processes, assisting me with getting a couple different jobs in my career. He has coached me on how to have successful interviews and ultimately land the job offer! Additionally, he has and still currently coaches me through my career; as he meets with me to discuss various situations, hurdles, ways to advance myself etc. Again, I cannot stress enough how much of a help Steve has been in my career since I first began working with him. I found Phase I of Victory Executive Group's program to be insightful in that I have a newfound understanding of myself, and certain behaviors and motivating factors will play a critical role in helping me identify job opportunities in which I'm most likely to excel at and find fulfilling.
