House Cleaning *All Types*
We do everything from daily house management, weekly cleaning, deep cleaning, move in or out cleaning.
We charge by the size of the house and how many hours that is added to complete the job. Basix Cleaning consists of cleaning from the top to bottom method:
* First Kitchen - Wash dishes, stove, wipe down fridge and counters
* Bathrooms - Toilets and sinks cleaned and bathtub/shower scrubbed, mirrors cleaned
* Dusting all rooms
* Bedrooms - Making beds, putting dirty clothes in hamper
* Vacuum - all carpet and rugs
* Sweeping - all hardwood floors
* Mopping - all floors that have tile floors
* Trash Removal
(We do Inside fridge , oven cleaning and laundry if requested and booked extra hours for these items since they take much longer to do.)
Commercial / Office Cleaning By Sq. Ft. Quoted
Cleaning Service for Commercial / Offices are:
* Dusting
* Disinfecting w/ 24hr. Microban
* Garbage collecting and dumping
* Vacuum
* Sweep
* Mop
* Bathrooms Cleaned

House or Room Spray Painted
We do prep work such as covering items and taping off edges and removing splattered paint but,
"We Do Not Move Furniture!"
We also purchase paint for customers but that invoice is added to total cost of supplies and labor and charged to customer.
Pet Sitter
I keep constant contact with owner while sitting pets by text, pics and video.
I give 3 walks a day and feed pets 2 x a day. I have cpr and special needs qualifications.
Been caring for special needs pets for more then 20 years.
Garden Up Keep!
We Mow Lawns and Pull Weeds.
Trim edges. Blow leaves off lawn or ground and mulch all .
We charge by job on how big and how much work is needed.
