My approach to therapy stems in my belief that each individual who I cross paths with is worthy of love, resilient, courageous and fully capable of achieving healing, joy, and wholeness.
l have 10 + years of experience working with children, adolescents and their families in many settings such as foster care, residential treatment centers, parenting interventions, and in-home therapy. I have 4 years of experience working with families providing in-home services stemming from providing parenting instruction to in the home.
I work with individuals, families, children and adolescents, and couples from all walks of life. One's life journey can be beautiful, stressful, joyous and heartbreaking. My desire is to walk alongside each person's unique life passage. My goal is to provide a healing space for each person who walks into my office. I aim to work together with clients to help them find the best possible solution to life's challenges, to facilitate change and transformation, and to foster healing. Although I am trained to work with all individuals, my natural niche stems from my experience working with children, adolescents, and parents.

I know parenting can be one of life’s most amazing and rewarding ventures but also challenging. Since children do not come with ​their own personalized how-to manuals, figuring out how to raise your children (throughout their many stages of development) without becoming scarred for life can be very difficult. This is where I can help.
