I have been working with people for over 30 years as a hairstylist, so I know life and situations with so many people of all ages and vocations. I love helping people to live into the future and get out of the past. I have been studying for over 5 years in the coaching area as I want to help my clients to see the power they have within. My clients have loved how much I help them and they know I care. I have 7 certifications in all areas of coaching from Neuro-Linguistic programming and Life coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy, mind body healing, hypnotherapy, power of the mind health and healing. My favorite is through the "Brave Thinking Institute" to do Transformational life coaching, as a Dream Builder Coach. The transformational coaching is a 12 week course that will take you week by week to help get beyond limited beliefs. I do weekly coaching also to help you move towards a dream you would love. My first session is free and in that session we can see what would be the best option for you.
