Victor Faustino was great when I needed someone to work on my single family home in Northern Virginia as I readied it for sale. The house required painting, bathroom remodeling, and repairs to hardwood floors, closet doors, the outdoor back porch and the ceilings. Lights had to be replaced and the basement needed a lot of work. Victor worked me as I waited on financing and started the month long project based on a verbal agreement for funding. Because of the space in our condo, the way a door to our den was installed didn't make sense. It actually made the space less convenient. Victor and his team did a great job reversing our door, reinstalling it, and adding a really nice transom window above it to fill in the space above the door. Whoever had it installed originally had only put in the door but left the space open above. It looks much more complete now. Communication with Victor was good throughout the process. They finished about half of our garage in July 2016, including batt insulation, sheetrock, screws, and taping with joint compound. The job included finishing of 3 full-length Palladian windows, and they did a nice custom job on those windows building a pretty smooth (but not perfect) semi-circle around the top of each window. We thought their price was high initially, but they were quite willing to come down in price when we brought lower bids from other contractors into the picture. We were pleased that they were willing to customize the job with type of sheetrock and insulation. They were very responsive to communications, came to the job site on time, were fast and efficient with the work, and respectful of our property. They cleaned up pretty well afterwards, except they used my ladder and didn't clean it up very well afterwards.
