VCG Life Coaching utilizes innovative tools to overcome past traumas, erase negative thoughts, and empower our clients to unlock what we have coined “The Dark Night of the Soul. ” My coaching tools allow the client to internalize, and emotionalize problems firsthand while practicing healthy habits and relationships to create permanent behavior change Which provides an elevated awareness of self to observe and correct the client to replace negative thoughts with a healthy empowering approach to resolving any life’s challenges. My clients will experience abundance and transformation through VCG Life coaching sessions. My private coaching practice uses conscious listening skills which make my clients feel safe sane and secure with one-on-one confidential support. here at VCGLC our goal is for the client to feel and create the ahhh feeling the client hires me for, my clients will emotionalize the energy in motion to dis-create old negative beliefs and past traumas to create permanent behavior change.
