Vibration Zone Hawaii

Due to severe COPD, I have been unable to do much exercise. I got introduced to the Vibration Machine and could feel the effects right away. My breathing was better, energy level up, my hip pain was gone and I overall felt better. My lab results for the past year have been right on the edge of too high sugar & Cholesterol and my BP was 136/88. After 1 week of using the 2020 model vibration plate, I just happened to need labs drawn again. This time BP was 110/66 and sugar and cholesterol were within normal limits. Now I’m in my second week of 10 minutes, twice a day and I can feel my core starting to tighten up. I was able to fit in a skirt that hasn’t fit for 2 years!! I am losing inches around my waist!!!
