My name is Vlad and I am a personal trainer located in the Los Angeles area. I have trained at 2 different Equinox locations and currently train at clients' homes and local personal training gyms located near you.
I am a Certified Functional Strength Coach and hold a personal training certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Training with Vlad is a real pleasure! Not only is he challenging and inspiring, he also listens to your needs and addresses issues you may have in a collaborate way. He employs a mix of classic workouts with some new techniques to really move your body, build your endurance, and strengthen your muscles. Vlad is wonderful and I look forward to each session with him. He is really careful about form which is important to me as I hadn’t lifted weights or done any strength training in more years than I care to reveal. He manages to be motivational without being annoying, pushes me when I need it, and also listens if I’m having an off day. Plus he is fun and funny. Vlad is a great trainer. I like people who are responsive and punctual and Vlad is one of them. Very good work ethic, knowledgable, follows his own rules, and understands the trainee's goals and plan it out well. I highly recommend him.

Each person is different with different abilities and training history. Some have limitations/prior injuries. I help my clients find the training that suits them best and will help them reach their goals in the most efficient and safest way possible. My goal is to help you reach your goals and maintain them. Progress further and find new limits that you didn't think were possible.

Consistency is the key. Finding YOUR training style that you can actually enjoy and look forward to.

I love seeing my clients progress and watching them discover how much stronger, more able, and more mentally tough they actually are. I enjoy being apart of their fitness journey, performing exercises/movements that they didn't even know they could do. Most of the clients that I have trained over the years have never made me feel like it was a "job" and I am grateful for that.

I enjoy working for myself and pandemic 'forced me,' (luckily), to figure out a way to continue training and doing what I love. When I was at Equinox, I knew I wanted to eventually leave, but it is scary leaving a safe, stable job and if it was not for the pandemic (unfortunately for many of course), then I might have have started my own business.

I tailor my training based on individual's abilities, goals, and preferences. I believe training should be enjoyable (at least most of it), otherwise it is hard to keep it up long-term. I use science-based approach. I communicate to my clients the reasoning behind each exercise they perform.

I train many clients in-person and online. It all depends what works best for you and what will help you learn and reach your goals in the most comfortable way.
