Vince has been my trainer for nearly 2 years now. I was a beginner to weightlifting when I started training with him and I’ve learned so much since then! His frequent check ins help keep me accountable and stay focused on my goals. Vince is super knowledgeable and helps me find solutions when something isn’t working for me. I have been working out with Vincent since September of 2021 and he’s honestly had such a huge impact on my life. He’s helped me get in shape, developed a fitness program for me that works with my schedule and able to completed at my own pace. I came to him with hating how I looked and not being really happy with myself to accidentally flexing every time I see my reflection. The in person coaching is excellent as he takes the time to really show you proper technique and form. Whenever I’m working out by myself and I have a question. I've found the best way to ensure my clients reach their goals is ensuring they enjoy the journey and the process. This is done by choosing the most effective exercises that they also enjoy and advising them in the best direction to have a healthy, enjoyable, and sustainable diet model.

I believe the true secret is to stay consistent and prioritize discipline over motivation. Motivation is fleeting, it comes and goes, but a disciplined mindset never fails. No matter how great and enjoyable your workout and nutrition plan are, there will still be days that you don't want to put in the work or are feeling down in the dumps about the process. This is where discipline comes into play to keep your eye on the prize even in the moments you don't want to.

I believe as a trainer, the answer is always seeing my clients reach their goals. There really is no better feeling. Your goals are my goals, so when my clients succeed, I get the same feeling as if I had reached a new milestone in my own journey.

I felt that the corporate gym world wasn't allowing trainers to work at maximum efficiency. It was almost like working in a factory where the product was the clients. See a client, do what you can in a short period of time, and then onto the next one. I did the best I could to maximize efficiency in the corporate gym world, but since breaking off on my own it feels like I've taken the ankle weights off and am able to work more freely and efficiently with my clients and the results my clients have made speaks for just how different the two atmospheres are.

I would be nowhere if it wasn't for the passion I found for the gym. There was basically no other option for me. Every other career path I considered following felt dull and unfulfilling. Spreading my love for the gym and the fitness lifestyle is the most fulfilling occupation I could ever ask for and I'm blessed to be apart of this industry. I'm 23 years young, hungry, and passionate about what I do!

I do offer online coaching as well. This comes with a fully customized workout program for you goals, a nutrition plan including caloric intake and proper macro nutrition, weekly consultations to discuss your training as well as optimizing your day to day life to fit your goals, as well as daily check ins via text message to ensure you're sticking to the plan.

I will do whatever my client is comfortable with. If they prefer I stay at a distance and wear a mask while I train them, I am more than happy to oblige. I want my clients to be as comfortable as possible as I understand starting out in the gym can be a little intimidating.

Services

In person training sessions one to three times a week. I offer both 30 minutes for those looking for fast paced workouts and 1 hour long sessions for those looking for a more in depth training sessions.

There is training, and then there is coaching. With my Online Coaching Package, we will be stepping it up a notch from personal training. I will be working with you meticulously to ensure you are on the path to reaching your goals and keeping you on the path. A full customized program will be designed specially for you and your goals. I will also be checking in and meeting with you on a consistent basis to keep you on track and adjust our plan as needed. This package is great for beginners all the way up to advanced athletes.

My in person coaching package is essentially both of my other packages combined into one. You get the customized in depth programming of my online coaching package along with the one on one in person training sessions. Seeing you in person allows me the ability to be a bit more meticulous in form adjustment and ensuring you are pushing yourself to the level needed for optimal results.
