I pinch my pennies anywhere I can to save money. However, Vetter cleaning is something I splurge on because I appreciate the service I get for the price I pay. My cleaning person has changed multiple times which usually concerns me, but my anxiety is always put at ease when I realize just how good each person is that comes to my home. Michelle is no exception. I was a bit nervous simply because I really didn't want my service person to change, but Michelle did a GREAT job. I've had multiple people clean my home in the last few months which has me a bit concerned. On one hand I can't complain because I've been quite pleased with the results, but on the other hand that's a lot of people with access to my property. However, Keith & Deborah have yet to let me down. I know there are things out of their control so as long as I continue to be happy with their service I will continue to refer my friends to their business. AND I'm living proof that Vetter DOES give you a $50 Amazon gift card when you recommend friends and family! Maya was my most recent cleaner and she did a great job. I would give Vetter 4 1/2 stars if it were possible in this app. I have lived in many major cities and have had cleaners in each one. I was surprised by the cost of cleaners in Colorado Springs. I found Vetter Cleaning and Maintenance to be more reasonable than most cleaning companies here. I hired them and have been using them to clean my house for quite a while now. I loved the first cleaner they sent me. She was responsible, respectful and I was pleased. When she moved on to a new career I was concerned that I wouldn't be happy with the next cleaner they were sending to me. However; Vetter is a professional organization and I have been happy with my new cleaner, Raquelle as well. She too is responsible, delightful and a hard worker. We have used this cleaning service multiple times over the past year and every time found areas that were not cleaned very well but foolishly kept giving them another chance. This past time last week (which will be the last chance we give them) there were tables that were not dusted, an area of the family room that was very obviously not mopped, areas of the desk in the office that were not dusted and on the checklist left detailing what cleaning was done what appeared to be a complaint how much time it took to clean the shower which was not really that dirty to start with. I have tried many people by word of mouth to clean my house, trying to get a better deal.Needless to say, I was never satisfied with the results. I finally decided to take a chance on a company and called Vetter Cleaning, The owner, Debbie, is personable and honest. If you are not happy with the clean, they come out and make it right. They will work with you until they find a good match to clean your home and they keep you with the same cleaner so they know you and your home.
