Colette is a great person to work with. She is creative, professional, efficient and fun. She knows her business and is honest about things she thinks will work and won't work. She also represents very high quality cabinet lines at mid to mid high price ranges. Colette is flexible and can look at design in various ways. Each project has an individual and creative bent to it. You won't go to Vesta to get the same look every time. I have recommended clients to work with her for all of these reasons. This renovation project went completely smoothly-not a single glitch-because Vesta planned perfectly and monitored the execution every step of the way. This is a RAVE review! Colette and her team delivered a beautiful, practical design that met our needs and goals for a new kitchen. We entertain a lot and I cook every day- I wanted an efficient kitchen at a reasonable cost. I also wanted to maximize the storage and prep space in our kitchen's limited footprint. I highly recommend Vesta! Colette designed a new kitchen for our 1908 home. We didn't want to do major construction, but we needed a more efficient kitchen. Colette's design just relocated a door, but gave us lots more counter and storage space. We challenged Colette to keep costs down, so she showed us simple, beautiful cabinets and eliminated unnecessary items like drawer inserts. Once we agreed on a design, Colette sent us to her preferred vendors for appliances and fixtures. They knew their stuff and gave us good prices. Colette also recommended two contractors. We got bids from both and hired one of them. He was very reliable and did a terrific job. Â When the cabinets were delivered, Colette came over to make sure they were right. Colette went with me to select the marble for my countertops and insisted we go together to the fabricator to agree on how it should be cut-really glad she did since it made a big difference. She also came over when the countertops were installed to oversee and finalize details. When questions arose, Colette was available and quick to provide answers. I have renovated kitchens before and experienced delays, mistakes, disappointment and frustration. Â This time everything went perfectly. The end result is fabulous and we are very happy. There are few showrooms that I trust as much as Vesta. Colette and her team are just as thoughtful, detail-oriented, and attentive to the client as we are. Vesta is one of the few showrooms I would actually send a client into without me present as I have the utmost respect for the way they conduct business. The world of high-end European cabinetry can be frustrating, especially if something goes wrong, but the team at Vesta does a terrific job at managing all projects from start to finish to ensure optimal results and ecstatic clients. I worked with VESTA to completely remodel my kitchen as part of a major home renovation. In all aspects of the project, Colette was professional, knowledgeable and responsive - exceeding my expectations at every turn. She provided meaningful information about cabinetry, appliances, lighting and surface materials that allowed me to understand trade-offs and make informed decisions. Her range of skills from high level vision to expertise in the details helped create a kitchen as functional as it is beautiful! For a complex project, the process was amazingly smooth. Although we encountered very few problems, Colette was incredibly quick and creative in resolving them - in my mind, the true measure of a customer focused business. I’m one of those people who have great ideas and a pretty good eye but never seem to be able to achieve the final look I wanted on the first go around. I self-design, buy stuff, set it up, and then hate it only to repeat the process. Enter Colette of Vesta. Problem solved. She spends time with you collaborating and getting all of those good ideas, then narrows the focus…a very important step. She is also someone with a honed sense of design shaped by years of experience, a great design skill-set, and a variety of customer desires. From our first meeting to post completion follow up, our experience with Vesta Chicago was a great one. Colette’s attention to detail and knowledge of the cabinetry and appliances made what could be an arduous process into a pleasant one. My wife and I used Vesta when we completely remodeled our master bathroom in Libertyville. I found working with Colette and her staff of amazing designers to be such an enormous help. They are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in their craft. She helped us completely change around the room, pick out everything from toliets, cabinets, tubs and showers, and all of the granite and tile throughout the bathroom. Her complete attention to detail made my contractors job that much easier. When the project was completed, we have had many friends say that our master bathroom was replaced with our own personal day spa. A room that we enjoy on a daily basis.
