What do you love most about your job?
Matching a household's needs with the perfect home to rent!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I did not think others were providing the level of service that I wanted, so I started the business and have held some of the same clients for over 30 years!
Why should our clients choose you?
We are from the Tampa area and have no plans to leave. Our reputation is very important to us and we make every effort to help our clients maximize their investment in rental property. If we are not providing excellent service everyday, you can let us know and with a 30 day notice and we will resign the assignment.

We provide both online marketing and signage that lets people know we have availability - they can email, call, or text and we will respond to their inquiries. We have online applications, photos, descriptions and policies that the renter must abide by. We have our own maintenance staff and can respond quickly, including emergency calls.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We encourage everyone we see to get the vaccination and we wear masks. If anyone on our staff is exposed to someone with Covid, we have the staff member quarantine and get tested for the virus and they have a negative outcome before returning to work
Application and Credit Screening
We provide marketing, tenant screening (credit and criminal reports), lease preparation, tenant deposit retention, 24/7 emergency response, ongoing maintenance, move-in & move-out scrutiny, lease renewals, and monthly reporting to owners.
Property Evaluation and Staging
Sometimes there are those properties that just don't quite work right well enough to demand top rents. Our architects and designers can evaluate your property and recommend modern updates or changes to the floorplan or construction materials demanded by today's renters. When completed, we can stage the property for a flawless presentation and be able to justify higher that average rental prices.
Property Rehab and Development
Versaggi Management is part of Versaggi Companies, a full-service real estate construction, renovation and rehabilitation company in Tampa. We have the unique opportunity to provide you a full-service development and construction company to take a recently purchased property and do a complete rehab and upgrade or take your raw land and build your project for you.
Monthly Reports
All costs associated with maintaining and leasing your property and the net income due to you are itemized on a monthly income and expense report. This monthly report can be either emailed to you or mailed with your check. In addition to our monthly owners' reports, you will be able to view your property's performance and print reports.
Financial Transactions
We can handle all financial requirements and reporting including mortgage payments, property taxes, insurance, repair bills and related payments to maintain your property in good standing. Rental payments, security deposits, bank deposits, payments are all handled electronically. So transactions are instantaneous and transparent. Of course, should the need arise, we do accept checks.
