Veronica took my order very last minute. She is so nice, she responds quickly...and makes exactly what you want. My daughter had an emoji themed party. .she made us the cutest emoji cupcakes and cake! My daughter was so happy..I was even happier when I tasted the cake...Delicious! Veronica is amazing. I contacted several people to help me make a mermaid cake for my daughters birthday and Veronica was the most professional, prompt and helpful person. She was able to work within my budget and suggested doing the cake in frosting instead of fondant to keep the cost down. My husband picked the cake up and it looked even better in person then the picture I sent her. It tasted amazing and I got soooo many compliments on it all day long. I was so nervous about ordering a cake sight unseen. I live in New Mexico and was planning my wedding out in California. I did a little research and came across Veronica. Soooo happy we went with her! She made EXACTLY what I had asked for! Our cake was beautiful! Not only that, it tasted amazing!!!! Other wedding cake I've had are always so dry and overly sweet. Veronica's cake was so delicious! Even my husband who hates cake was in love! We ordered the banana cake with fresh strawberry filling and buttercream icing. WOW! I have ordered a few cakes from Veronica's Goodies and each one seems to get better and better! Veronica is an Artist... this is literally Cake Art! I ordered a Thomas the Train chocolate cake for my son it looked exactly like the real thing... even better because you could eat this one! All the ingredients are organic and everything is made from scratch!My last cake I ordered was a replica of a par 3 golf hole... The tee box had the yardage sign and both black and blue tee markers, so you could tee off from either location. The green had some undelation to it, a green side bunker and was framed with palm trees. On the green was the hole, the flag, my golf ball and a replica of "ME" with a putter in my hand, ready to make birdie! I love carrot cake, so that's what I got...  made with real carrots, fresh ingredients and a cream filling inside that just made your mouth water! Edible Art I call it....
