My friends and family often come to me to talk through challenges in their lives and when they need someone to hold space for them while they process tough emotions. In my professional career, the most rewarding part has been working with people as a mentor or as a manager to help them set career goals and work toward them in a way that does not diminish their individuality or balance with the rest of their lives. After years of spending time in these relationships filling the role of coach, I realized that it is something that I love to do and would like to do this intentionally instead of only when needed by a coworker. So, I decided to take my own advice and invest in myself - I completed two levels of certification through Certified Life Coaching Institute. Now with these certifications in hand to instill confidence in future clients, I launched my business to enable me to do something I love while also providing a helpful service to others.

I partner with my clients on their journey. I won't tell you what to do or try to sell you on the trendy cure-alls seen on social media. As your coach, I focus on seeing and understanding you. My mission is to help you accomplish the goal that is important to you - and to do it in a way that works for you. I will not judge you or pressure you into taking actions which aren't right for you. The time we spend together is meant to leave you feeling empowered, refreshed, energized, and ready for the next step.
