Many things go into making a great website. However a beautiful site is of no use if it's not findable! This is why we work alongside web developers on new builds to ensure that once the project is complete, the website's SEO functions as it should. The content must be planned on the site so that visitors can easily navigate to the information they're looking for. Calls to action are also key. The ultimate goal is converting traffic to leads/sales. Engaging visitors as they arrive on your site, and making it easy for them to take the actions you desire is the first step. With forms that qualify leads and route visitors logically, your website should produce great results!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The discovery conversation is crucial to laying a solid foundation for any new project. We start by getting an understanding of the client's business, industry and competitive landscape. We also ask that prospective clients tell us what has been done in the past and why it did or did not produce the results they wanted. Setting expectations for who does what - both on the client's side and on the agency side - is also important. This helps to ensure smooth communication throughout the engagement.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I started VERB Digital Media to give myself the opportunity to grow beyond the confines of a traditional job and to provide opportunities for other digital professionals.
