This place is beautiful! My book club meets here. The first time I went, it had rained the night before, so the patio was closed. We met inside, adjacent to the "dog park." We were treated to coffee and fantastic pastries. There's free wi-fi. The large indoor space reminds me of Italy.Yesterday, we met indoors again, due to extreme heat. The coffee shop is closed for the summer, so no food or drinks are available. There is a fabulous boutique near the front entrance. I bought 2 items that I loved. Venus de Fido is a nice venue for events. The Jazz on the Piazza took place on an expansive patio to the side of the main building. There were nice arrangements of small patio tables with umbrellas for seating and a small outdoor bar to order drinks and appetizers. It made for an enjoyable evening of musical entertainment. This rating is for the squash court experience.  Yes - if you're a squash player visiting or living in the greater Palm Springs area this is a Find!  Very reasonably priced, comes with access to gym, showers and locker service.  The single court is usually open, international size, in great condition, you can regulate the temperature / a/c.  Quirky place combines a gym, spa, squash courts and - yes - a pet grooming center.  Staff is super nice.  There's also a roster of (seasonally?) active players that you can contact. My post is for the incredible body therapy treatment of “Watsu” and Kim L. Hartz. I had a most wonderful opportunity to meet and work with Kim L. Hartz, whom is exceptionally well versed and has the gift of healing hands along with mind body connections with those whom are open to receive her, during their treatment. First off, I am three plus years post spinal cord impingement, which left me with left leg paresis and drop foot. I now wear a walk aide brace to stimulate my foot to lift it off of the ground. I have had numerous physical therapy appointments, eeg’s, electronic stimulation, pain meds, sprays, rubs, ice packs, etc., to no avail things just seemed to worsen. I decided to make many lifestyle changes, one at a time, food being the first thing I changed, switching over to all Whole Foods, no refined sugars, flours, eggs, dairy and such. Then upon doing a medical retreat, I had the divine pleasure of meeting Kim. Kim’s aura, beamed all around her and her very presence was so very calming. Watsu is a very insightful, mind, spiritual and body experience. I felt completely comfortable in the art of manipulation of the body, joints, spine etc., while floating comfortably in the water, once I let go and gave all my trust over to Kim. I had a very emotional experience when we were done with the session, the energies are truly communicated through your entire body. The out come for me needless to say was immediately afterwards I had nerve twitching in my left foot, with what felt like natural impulses in my lower leg and left foot. For several days after the treatment my back pain subsided significantly and leg pain was much less. This was by far the very best treatment I had experienced throughout my entire injury. I look forward to continuing this treatment, as it really treats and continues to treat even after the session is completed. My five star rating goes out to Kim, who has found her life’s purpose with the healing touch. I highly recommend Sue Clark for grooming your dogs we have been using her for about 4+ years at least and I have never been unhappy never been disappointed she's timely and the dogs love her thanks Sue for a great job and thanks for all the extras that you do you are so appreciated!

Very friendly staff, super delicious food that tastes homemade. I had the TLT and it was one of the best vegan sandwiches I've had. The tempeh they use is the same as True Food Kitchen in Newport Beach, which is a delicious smokey tempeh. They have many dairy-free options and a nutrient dense menu. The matcha vanilla protein smoothie was super tasty and provides 18g of protein. It was a high-protein smoothie that tastes like a dessert shake. I will definitely be back.
