What do you love most about your job?
On the Company and business side - The learning about what a customers business does and how it operates - then working with management to determine what will make it more successful and then developing the appropriate plans, processes and training and logistics to move it forward and assiting the company to implement those strategies, plans and actions.
On the Individual development and coaching side - I love being a catalyst and thinking partner for personal growth and improvement. I thrive as my client do by assisting individuals to reach their full potential and live their best life - the one they were put on earth to live.
What inspired you to start your own business?
For businesses I work with-It is having worked in large firms for years and gaining a variety of experiences that could then benefit other client businesses.
For individuals I coach- My vast life experiences and international travels and working with many in organizations around the world have provided the knowledge base and wisdom to effectively coach others to reach their full potential
Why should our clients choose you?
Quite simply because I do more practically applicable work than my competitors at more reasonable pricing. All of my coaching work is tailored to the client - ergo custom work at non custom prices = maximum value.
