I am a full-service Virtual Bookkeeper so all of my business is done on-line, remotely. I do offer in-office visits to those clients that are local to me.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Working virtually has given me the ability to stay healthy to be able to support my clients without any disruption to my services.
Compliance Bookkeeping
We can manage all of your accounting from monthly reconciliation of your bank and credit card accounts, accounts payable and account receivable, to job costing and invoicing. We generate all appropriate and requested reports to deliver and discuss during our regular scheduled meeting.
Catch-up and Clean-up
If your books haven't been kept up to par, we can help you get them cleaned up and ready to deliver to your accountant for tax season. Catch-up services are offered when going back to a certain point in time to start with a clean slate. As an example, you started your business in January but haven't done any bookkeeping and want to get started in October. We will go back and start from the first date of opening.
Payroll
We offer weekly or biweekly payroll options for your business and will also file your payroll taxes for you.
