Having experienced a variety of boxes over the last few years I must say I really enjoyed the atmosphere at Venomous. At first I was hesitant about starting cross fit but I bit the bullet and went for it, I do not regret it one bit! I've only been going for a week now and wish I would have started earlier! Everyone here is incredibly nice and always willing to help you to include the coaches, who right away work with you to ensure your completing every exercise correctly every time. I did a drop in at this box while i was in the area. From first impression to the end of class this is a good place to be. Coaches were Cristian and Matt.Both were very welcoming and attentive. The pointers they gave during the strength exercises were excellent and the advice solid.I would definitely recomend this box for drop ins or to join.
