Describe your creative process.
Before I describe, I have one mission and it's the only one that matters. When the job is done, you will be HAPPY. Anything short of that is unacceptable, we will work as a team until your happiness is achieved.
Now onto my creative process, is simple, we speak either on the phone or in person. Sometimes these meeting happen via e-mail or text message.
during these meeting I listen carefully to what is important to you. I will ask questions and always use what ever pieces of information you provide to me and try and include it into the design.
(side note) I have pleasantly surprised many clients when I include a design element that I was able to use because of these question.
Once the job has started, I will provide multiple proofs (depending on the service) Once the initial proof has been submitted we got back and forth pick and choosing what you like what you don't like. Then I go back make the changes and start the process all over again. My promise to you is that we are not done until you are thrilled with the final product. During the design process, I take steps to insure that when your product is printed it will be printed in the most cost effective way for you. You will not get surprised when you take one of my designs to a printer who will tell you that they can't use the file. because it is not "PRINT READY" I'm always looking out for my clients, and in the end you are provided with print quality files and web quality files. I also do not disappear after the job is complete. If you ever need me I'm still there as an asset. I will speak to printer, and protect you for printer who might try and tell you that your design is not print ready.

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
I will need any images, and text that you will require for the job. The rest of the information I will obtain from you during our communications.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with my clients, taking their idea's and turning into a final design that they will love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the challenge to build something that would be mine, something that would give me flexibility of working on my schedule. Plus I wanted to decide my own direction and have total control of the creative process.

Vector Art Conversion
When you go to a printer and they tell you your logo is not print quality. I can perform what is called a vector art conversion. This is basically having me recreating your art work. This often happens when another designer does all of their work in photo shop or that the only version you have of your art work is saved as a JPG or PNG.
