I love working out in the morning the staff is always cool and everything is fun I could do with some better music on days when I forget my headphones but everything else is good. Pool is fun but a little stinky

Great place!!! Really for me was just an over all no brainer decision to leave 24 hour and become a VASA member. I have nothing bad to say only good. Friendly fellow members, awesome staff and the atmosphere changes from room to room. I really enjoy the theater room its discrete and their is plenty of exercise equipment to choose from, while watching a matinee. From the sauna to the hydro water heated powered massages or maybe a dip in the pool which ever you choose , or maybe you just want that perfect tan in December. My wife loves the zumba classes myself the swimming pool. They also have a full basketball court, wow so much to mention. Check it out you wont be disappointed. So much more I left out, the price to join and monthly fees are best I've seen in awhile and for all the amenities come on. Dont forget to tell them who sent you!! More...

This place used to be not crowded at all when it first opened, but it is definitely over sold at this point. I will add that I try to go at very off hours now as to avoid the crowds at peak hours. During those off hours (typically during a normal workday), the gym is pleasant so my Vasa membership is still worth it to me. If you need a gym AND you have to go before/after normal work hours, you should check it out and see if you're okay with peak hour crowds before committing to a membership. I had first given this location two stars because of the crowds, but I increased my review by two stars because Vasa did try to reach out and fix the situation which says a lot. More...

I initially went in for a short term membership or a day/week trial. After my tour, I was convinced I wanted to sign up for a membership. The gym is meticulously clean and has tons of great things to offer. The gym itself motivates me to go each day. They offer a great and intense range of classes, and equipment for different ages and fitness levels. My experience with staff has also been very positive and I’m very pleased that when I signed up, I wasn’t pressured into anything and was explained very thoroughly what my membership would consist of. It gets busy but machines are mostly available. I was very impressed by the free training session, cinema, massage room, tanning rooms, pool, and free classes. Just got back into working out again after taking a short 8-10year break from the gym and so far I'm impressed. Place is super clean, tons of equipment to use, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing. I am obsessed with this place. I’ve had a membership at golds, and planet fitness. This has all the perks plus tanning, but at the price of PF. You cannot beat this!!

Great facility. I do love all of their perks. The pool is nice and the prices are great. I docked them one star because their staff is nice but not very attentive. They all tend to hang just in the front area just talking\ flirting with each other. That bothers me because the weights could always be reorganized,reracked, cleaned up plus there are people that misuse equipment (slam the weights ridiculously hard to make a statement) and causing damage to all of the brand new stuff . I’ve been to many different gyms in the past few months, they either were to expensive or just places I couldn’t reach such as iron horse on fort Carson. But VASA is different, not only are the prices better than any other gym, the staff is outstanding. I would not recommend Vasa at all. It was not for me. It felt pressured to try more and more expensive products and was just to big and loud for me. That would have been fine but I signed up for it online without seeing the facility and after seeing it once for 30 minutes realized that I would be happier elsewhere and did find my perfect place so I went to cancel my membership which is month to month and now to do so will cost me another $45 approximately so in the end I will have spent about $60 for a 15 minute workout and 15 minutes of a sales pitch. After taking time to speak with a representative of Vasa Fitness I retract my earlier review and would highly recommend them for people who do feel comfortable in a larger corporate facility. They have some extremely nice equipment and plenty of amenities and assets for me however it was just a little bit big and further than I wanted to travel. Speaking to a customer service representative "Emily" she was sympathetic and understanding and with no time at all had waived my termination fee and allowed me out of my membership with no hassle what so ever. I look forward to my workouts at VASA everyday! Especially the days I’m tired and sore, when I can get the most out of the saunas and hydro massage chairs. It’s not every gym that gets you going even on the rough days.The facilities are high quality and I’m certainly getting my money’s worth out of my membership.
