What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We are essentially an entire accounting department for business (bookkeeping, payroll, A/P, A/R etc.). All the same processes that the accounting team for a large corporation would perform are available to our clients.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
A great accountant or bookkeeper will implement the systems needed to improve your business and give everyone in the business more time. What you do with that time is your choice. Whether you want to be able to serve more customers, be able to serve your current customers better or simply take time and relax more a better and more integrated system will get you there.

Actually being able to help a business make more money and improve their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent a long time working in a bank and as financial advisor and felt like I was mostly helping people that had already done the hard work. Getting into a company as their bookkeeper and giving them the power of a full back office accounting team allows me to help lift businesses up and enjoy their growth with them.
Why should our clients choose you?
We provide custom flat rate pricing so your investment in your accounting team is specific to your business needs. You won't be paying for services you don't need or paying hourly each time you need to speak with me. Clients come to me because they want to offload all the accounting work without giving up the control. We help them realize that you get a clearer picture of your business by taking a step back and removing yourself from some of the process.

Yes, we provide our services almost exclusively remotely. You'll be provided with a secure client portal that will allow us to communicate and transfer any needed documents. You can choose to have phone calls or video meeting as often as you'd like to review or discuss your business.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As we operate mostly remote our business is founded on automation and reducing how many people have to physically touch an item in order for it to be processed. We can provide virtual mail room services to all for a full processing of all your mailed in bills from vendors and payments from customers which will include deposited at your bank of choice.

The entering the daily transaction for your business and categorizing them properly to your tax strategy of your CPA.
Reconciling all bank accounts, credit card and other liability accounts.

Ensuring all invoices are sent out regularly and follow up on unpaid invoices to improve your cash flow.

Monitoring aging A/R and working with owner to decide when and how exactly to sent a customer to collections on unpaid invoices.

Receiving, entering and categorizing all vendor invoices to ensure they get paid on time.
Advanced Accounts Payable (Procurement)
Implementing a purchasing order system to allow your business a formalized way of order the supplies you need to operate.
Matching purchasing order to the vendor bill for proper payment.
Providing advanced analytics on vendor pricing to discover potential business savings.
CFO
Providing advanced analysis on financial documents, customizing reports to fit your business and regular meeting to discuss the financial performance of your business. Always looking for way to improve and streamline your business processes.
Payroll
Managing payroll service provider to ensure proper calculation of all payroll items, filing of tax statements, filing and issuance of all year end statements.
