What inspired you to start your own business?
I am currently the Executive Director of Refuge Ministries, a non-profit that helps people find hope and healing from addiction. I also operate 10 Subway Franchises and am the co-owner of GuideWell Counseling. Previously, I was a Pastor and Church Planter for over a decade. Over the past nine years, I have benefited tremendously and have grown to love being Coached and Coaching others.
