Floor waxing:
We prep floors , strip off wax using proper solution specified for the type of flooring, we make sure ti thoroughly remove wax then pass it with walk behind floor vacuum machine/ wet dry vacuum system, let Dry then apply floor finish/coating to the customers liking.
Recurring Cleaning/Maintenance Cleaning
We service all types of properties from residential to industrial that needs maintenance of their cleaning needs.
Industrial/commercial buildings & offices:
Typically it’s common areas, bathrooms, offices and garbage receptacles.
Occupied residential and realtors property up keep cleaning:
Usually done at 1x a week/ bi-weekly or monthly to maintain cleaning of home and as needed for realtors til home is sold.
