Very sad that this place was just sold to a family that you can tell that don’t have no clue of the business and customer service. I love this place, I order some ribbons for my sister’s birthday party my order was supposed to be ready in 2 days later that very same day I left the shop I got a phone call that my ribbons were ready to be picked up I was extremely happy because I was given more time to finish my task will definitely continue to shop here I got 101% customer service.
