Use to be my favorite airport. Easy in easy out. Not any more. Who ever decided on the new workflow of the trams….they need to re-evaluate. THERE WAS A RACIST SECURITY GUARD WHO MADE A RACIST COMMIT MY PILLOW I WAS BRINGIN ON THE PLANE, AND SWINGING AROUND A HOTEL ROOM KEY AT ME. THE OTHERS OME WERE SNICKERING AT ME AND TELLING ME A HALF-TRUTH ABOUT A prohibited item that I BROUGHT BY MISTAKE, HAVING KNOWN I COULD'VE CHECKED IT I WOULD HAVE. THEN ACCIDENTALLY FORGETTING TO THROW OUT MY WATER BOTTLE I WAS CARRYING WITH ME THAT I WAS DRINKING FROM OUTSIDE THE AIRPORT COMING, ON MY WAY HERE BECAUSE IT WAS A HOT DAY NOT INTENTIONALLY TRYING TO BRING IWITH ME OR SNEAK IN SOME SUSPICIOUS LIQUIDS IT WAS CLEAR WATER THEY COULD SMELL IT IF THEY WANTED TO, IT WAS NOT ALCOHOL, targeting me because I'm not the only person that forgets blow out the water bottle when they come here they don't need to be playing games with me like this they were all ganging up on me and snickering at me I was willing to throw it away easily same with the other item but I accidentally packed in my carry-on bag Caesar things I carry with me every single day and it's easy for me to forget because I am in the habit of carrying them because I don't want to be dehydrated and one was something I brought with me and got into the habit of bringing with me in case of emergencies. They are doing this to me because I am a woman traveling by myself and they are looking for easy targets to harass!!!! ONE OF THE TIMES I WAS TRAVELING THROUGH THIS AIRPORT ONE OF THE FEMALE GUARDS HAD DID SOMETHING VERY INAPPROPRIATELY WHEN SHE WAS PATTING ME DOWN CHECKING MY POCKETS IN MY OUTFIT AND IT MADE ME REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE AND VERY TRAUMATIZED AND I WAS CRYING I HAD TO REPORT THIS!!!! Looks like I'm going to have to go back to the DOT in report them again!!!!! All they have to do is do their job they have to have good customer service and not do anything or say anything unnecessary we are passengers they wouldn't be in business if they didn't have passengers!!! Used to be one of the best airports… now the service is not as great as they can’t keep up with the increased traffic… still absolutely love the airport… they just need more employees

Tampa airport has a great turn around time. Very efficient and friendly operation. FREE WI-FI I like the short term parking for picking up arriving guests. One hour free parking. The Express pickup/drop-off is great and convenient for passengers with carry-on only. More...
