Vanderbilt Maids was excellent! Great work and communication. Everyone was so friendly and open with what they would be doing and when it would be done. I work from home so I was concerned it would be tough with two big dogs and a full schedule. I barely noticed they were here! If you work from home or you can get out of the house, you’re going to be good to go. Pricing is great and so are the options to choose from! 10/10 recommend and will be booking on a recurring basis! We've been in business for 2 years, we just rebranded to Vanderbilt Maids LLC and look forward to bringing the highest quality service to the Fort Myers, Naples, Estero, Cape Coral and Bonita Springs area!
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes! All of our branded cars are loaded with equipment and eco-friendly cleaning supplies.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the smile on our clients face when the walk into a freshly cleaned home and can relax in comfort knowing we have them covered.
What inspired you to start your own business?
At heart, we love cleaning and clean spaces. We were looking for a non-franchised service that also had friendly owners to call and professional cleaners to show up. We trialed a few services but none fit the bill, and hence, we launched Vanderbilt Maids. We offer the highest wages in the industry to attract the best cleaners and because we're independently owned we don't have to pay franchise fees, so we pass that savings and quality down to the customers.
