Chelsea is an absolute sweetheart! I just started seeing her for my lashes about a month ago and she does a fantastic job! I get compliment after compliment on them. She's very polite, professional, and a down to earth person! I just saw her yesterday for a teeth whitening treatment and the whole process was smooth and she walked me through every step. Chelsea and her assistant did such a great job on our wedding day. She originally had two assistants but one had a family emergency and so she only had two which stressed me out a little and on top of that my bridesmaids and I started 15 minutes late because we got there a little late. So a little time crunch turned into eventually they ran almost 40 mins behind our planned schedule..BUT we still managed. I could tell she was rushing on me a little but it really didn't matter because she did such a good job. Best part is her and her assistant totally played it cool and didn't show stress on their own faces. Overall everyone was happy and it all turned out totally fine. She's also the only reasonably priced bridal hair/makeup in Portland so that amazing. She's pretty much a one-woman business and that kind of shows - but overall I'd totally recommend her! More...

Chelsea did my hair and makeup as well as my mothers’ makeup for my traditional engagement ceremony. From the beginning, she responded to our inquiries promptly and was attentive to our requests. Two days before the engagement day, Chelsea spent time with me to discuss the makeup and hairstyles that we liked and she paid close attention to the details that we wanted. The morning of my engagement day, Chelsea arrived at our places as well as finished her work on time. It was my first time wearing the traditional headdress so I was a little nervous. I showed Chelsea the headdress that I was going to wear and she did an amazing job with my hair as well as my makeup. The updo that she did for me complemented the headdress perfectly! Chelsea’s work came out better than I even imagined. My moms and I received a lot of compliments from the guests. Chelsea was very professional and provided affordable prices for onsite makeup. Chelsea is a lash goddess. She does such a good job at them that random strangers will compliment them in public. That is kind of a big deal for me considering I literally have RBF. I have been a regular since before my wedding in September 2018 and have been unable to stop going because they look so good! I have seen a lot of lash extensions that look like rabid spider legs or out of a box- but the kind Chelsea uses look so real and she has such a talent for proper placement.
