Having used the same carpet cleaning company for many years but  was disappointed the last couple visits, I used Valley carpet cleaners. James replied to my inquiry, was friendly, informative and priced reasonably.  I was able to make an appointment that suited my schedule. The tech arrived on time, was friendly and worked hard. Joe is the best at his craft, and that is exactly how he treats his business — as a craft. That should tell you everything you need to know, but allow me to elaborate. I’m kinda one of those ladies that’s interested in the process, and Joe has no problem explaining things even as he went (I tried not to bug him too much but there were things to learn.) He was also great with my little kids and talked to them like they were people and not little nuisances in his way. We had to move to the west coast recently, but Joe still lets me order his awesome Carpet and Fabric Spot Remover and ships it to Washington state—it’s the BEST! James, the owner, gave us a complete quote for cleaning virtually all 2,900 sq. ft. of our floors, including carpeted, wood, and tile, as well as cleaning (and replacing some) grout in both a tile floor and a stall shower. The quote also included deep cleaning a sofa/loveseat combo, repairing a burn hole in a carpet, removing and cleaning a large rug from under the dining room table, and re-stretching the living room carpet that had buckled over the years.James and his crew (including James, Jr.) showed up when promised, moved furniture where necessary, and performed all the work in about six hours (more quickly than I had expected), resetting all furniture back to original positions including placing pads under each chair and table leg.The results were excellent in all respects and in all aspects of the job. Luis came out to my condo in Valencia to clean the tile floors and grout, along with the carpet. He was on time, so I was impressed! He scrubbed the carpets and got rid of a few stains that I thought may not come out. He scrubbed the tile floors and they looked like new. But I was most impressed with how the grout turned out. From black in some areas back to light beige as when it was all new. He worked very hard and charged a reasonable price. I will keep his name and number! DVCC came and cleaned and treated our carpets. We have a rescue dog who has separation anxiety and unfortunately has accidents In The house. After the treatment the carpets looked, felt and smelled great. Line new! They are 6 years old and we weren’t sure how it would go. We are very happy. When he came to give an estimate for our cleaning, he took the time to explain all of the options, and pointed out what makes his service and techniques different from other vendors. He is professional and courteous. He is the one who comes to do the work, so his reputation is on the line every time. His work was thorough and exceeded our expectations. Since his last visit, we have moved to Virginia, and wish there was some way to have him make the trip to do the carpet cleaning in our new location.
