I am used to big gyms with a variety of gear. Validus is specific to weight lifting type training. I was nervous to start lifting again after quarantine but Nez was attentive and helpful. Validus is taking necessary precautions to keep all clients healthy and safe, which I truly appreciate. If you’re looking for high quality training and a less crowded gym this is the spot. More...

Introduce you to everyone and 2. made sure you felt comfortable in her gym. Services

We offer private coaching for weight loss, weight gains, strength gain, improve balance and coordination, and flexibility/mobility. We'll guide you through a full assessment and train you specifically to hit your health and fitness goals. We give our clients video feedback, email support, and more. Let us know your goals and we'll guide you and keep you accountable every step of the way.

Our Semi-Private Group Training Programs provide you with individualized programming no matter who's in your group. We limit our classes to eight members per class to allow (temporarily limited to 4 members each class due to CDC guidelines) our coach to give you personalized feedback. Sign up for three to six classes per week depending on your program. At the beginning of each program, we will discuss proper technique, specific goals, how to mobilize, and properly warm-up and cool down. In the next few weeks, you will be guided through your individualized strength program and shown how to document your progress. At the end of the program, you'll have a chance to test your progress, comparing your initial results to your final successful and improved results!

We offer private coaching for powerlifting. We'll guide you through a full assessment and train you to hit your strength goals to hit new maxes safely with proper technique. We give our clients video feedback, email support, and keep you accountable every step of the way. Hours are limited, contact us asap to book an appointment.

Do you already have an online coach and only need a gym? Do you already have experience with weight training and don't need coaching? Sign up for our Open Gym Membership, and feel free to do your workouts! We welcome all levels!

We offer online coaching for strength training. We'll guide and train you specifically to hit your strength goals with the equipment you have at your gym or your location. We provide video feedback, email support, facetime, and keep you accountable every step of the way. We use a mobile app to send your workouts, collect data, and keep you accountable and on schedule.
