We used Valerie's for a weekend executive retreat for 30. Valerie provided a beautiful buffet lunch, formal dinner, afternoon snack break, and to-go breakfast boxes for a group of fisherman. All of the food was excellent and beautifully presented. Valerie cooked onsite and everyone loved her outgoing and inclusive personality. We can’t recommend Valerie enough!
While my family and I were on vacation at Suncadia Resort, we found it very hard to eat in the small towns nearby due to our dietary restrictions. We heard through word of mouth in the VRBO community that Valerie was a nearby private chef who specializes in dietary issues as well as regular dining experiences. We hired her to come and make us dinner two different evenings during our stay and we were not disappointed. Appetizers, dinner and dessert! Compared to prices we are used to paying in the city where we are from, it was incredibly reasonable. To get this level of culinary mastery in a rural community was truly an experience worth splurging on. We will definitely book her again next time we visit the area. More...
