What makes a great website?
- It's frictionless for users to navigate, find the information they need, or perform the tasks they need to perform.
- While a visually bad site can hinder your users, aesthetic beauty is not what garners customers or repeated visitors. A good user experience does.

1) Tell me about your business.
2) What are the goals of the site?
3) Talk about your level of comfort with technology.
4) Is there a timeframe for the project?
5) Ad-hoc questions depending on the answers to the above
What do you love most about your job?
Everything. I actually made a full career transition to designing highly usable websites, apps, software, etc because I love doing it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In the early days of the web I realized that businesses did not understand how to make sites easy for their visitors. So, I created my business to help them get the most out of their sites.
Why should our clients choose you?
Your site will be easy for users but with me you also get a partner to move your business forward. I will help you with as many aspects of your business as I am equipped to...giving you consultative advice or providing additional services as need be. And I will teach you (or someone on your staff) how to maintain your site so you don't need to pay to have someone do updates.
