I want to Share my Experience with USA DOG TRAINING ADADEMY, which was Absolutely Wonderful ! we tried two other training places . But they used Shock Collars and Treats , Which made my Dog become Timid and FEARFUL ! So after being Referred by friends that Used USA DOG TRAINING ACADEMY. I gave them a Call and they came to my home for five weeks of Training my Dog and my family, after only two lessons my Dog stopped being fearful and shy from the other training company, our Dog is Much better Behaved NOW! They taught us to Speak my dogs Language and be Pack LEADER, My two co workers are currently using them and are seeing Great Results Too ! We used USA Dog Training Academy two years ago, so we hired them again to train our new dogs a Pitbull & German Shepherd with aggression problems, they did an Excellent job,our dogs are no longer are aggressive with other dogs, I can take them anywhere in public and they listen and are well behaved when we have guests over. . our trainers Everett and Brad we're on time to every training session and very knowledgeable and professional,my dogs loved them. All that has happened so far is the evaluation. The cost covered two puppies. We loved Everett who came to do the evaluation, so I am hoping for great results.

Had phone consultation and they suggested having someone come to my home for consultation. As the consultation was ending the person advised I was required to pay $45 fee. I was NEVER advised of this fee and when I contacted the business the response was "sorry for the confusion". If you make a mistake as a business you should do what you can to make it right which this business did not. Horrible business practices. More...

We Advise Everyone about the intial $45 conultation fee , which covers the Trainers Gas and travel cost . We also Inform Everyone that the $45 fee will be waived or Deducted upon enrollment in the Training program at That Time,or in the Future.

The guys at USA Dog Training Academy were AWESOME ! this is the second dog that we've had trained with them, we worked with two of their different trainers, they both did great jobs ! my dog is doing things that I never thought he could do he. has much better behaved and well mannered Now. Our trainer was courteous and professional and right on time with all the sessions and he gave us very useful homework to do after each lesson . The training was well worth the money . They were the best choice after shopping around.! We now know how to speak our dog's language. We are now the Pack Leaders. Let me start off by saying the trainer Everett never
showed up for the first meet and greet they canceled
on me 20 minutes prior to the appointment at 6:30
AM. Then I get another trainer after Everett makes it to
the first meet and greet. This trainer is very nice but
work ethic not on par. She only showed up for 2
sessions. I was supposed to get 5 weeks so one day a
week. The third time she was a hour late for training at
pets smart so I told her never mind. The people on the
phone are not helpful. They agreed to refund me 99
dollars when I paid 550 dollars for five weeks. Don't
waste your money. I have not received any type of
refund. I'm taking my dog to another trainer. Just save
the money for the better and reliable trainers. My dog

We are very sorry that this client was not happy, we did our very best to accommodate her and comply with all her wishes on every level, The initial evaluation consultant Everett took sick in route to the initial evaluation at which time, the client was notified Immediately ! We set up a new evaluation for her and Everett was right on time for the appointment . Her original trainer was only late once due to rush hour traffic and the client was notified ahead of time about the delay. Due to lack of cooperation and not wanting to continue training, Our management team decided to give her a full refund of $550 instead of $99 back on her card!

Just concluded a 5 session program with USA Dog Training and was quite pleased with our trainer, Alois. She helped to settle down our JackChi and we’ve seen nothing but improvements! It was a pleasure to meet Everett who had an aura of Alpha Pack Leader. I would highly recommend Alois! More...

We had two of our dogs trained with USA dog Training academy, one was aggressive towards people and the other towards dogs, we saw positive results immediately, both our dogs listen better, we strongly recommend training programs

We liked the fact that they sent us an evaluator very promptly. Everett came to meet our Heeler, Nova, just as she is around us. He agreed that she truly displays the Heeler instincts & felt that we would all benefit from the training that they provide. We felt we needed the help in training, so we hired them.
