I have taking so many estimates to be honest in order to find the best price and the most trustworthy company for my kitchen project. Gladly it took me enough time to find US home. It’s hard to trust someone to follow their promises through project After you give them the signature. I have to say US Home was not a disappointment the followed and you promise and any agreement we had along the way. Danielle my project manager was very professional he explained to detail every part of the job he made sure every time they worked in my house to give me an update on what time they will be there until what time they will be there and what is the next step. Me and my husband David started our project when we want to do complete house remodel, knowing the cost of it, the mess, the time it takes and everything else. One of my best friends told me she heard about US Home good things, so we decided to give it a chance.Jeff our project manager gave us the best advices.We ended up doing our kitchen and back yard only from scratch ! Then the rest of the house he helped us remodel only with touch ups and things we really needed. I have been living in my house for the last 10 years and I loved it the way it was but my husband kept insisting to get some things done so we had US Home rep coming for an estimate (recommended by a family member). I have to say that I’m happy my husband made me change my mind about doing some things in the house . I have a lot of guests from out of town so I decided to get my garage converted into a little guest house.I was prepared to spend a lot of money on this project, I asked around and had few estimates for my project, and I ended up woking with US Home . We decided to remodel our kitchen and counter top, after a long research and quotes from a few companies we met with U.S. home developers and they were extremely professional and knowledgeable, their quote was the most competitive and they didn’t try to push any other “costs” like other companies .
They were able to start work within a week and said it will take them 30 days to finish (eventually it only took them 25).
We planned on living in a disaster for a month but they tried to make it as easy as possible for us and kept everything as clean as possible.
They walked us through all of the process, made sure we got the best price for materials and advised us about everything ( one of the employees even fixed for free one of our windows which I was nagging my husband to fix for years).
When they finished the remodeling we were extremely happy. 6 months have passed and we’re still extremely happy, I’ve actually just signed a new contract with them to remodel our bathrooms. More...

Working with US home was just a pleasure. I got my pool done with them for the summer. The best advice that I can give you will be just be patient delays can happen questions and doubts going to pop out and the most important thing is to have someone to answer your questions and solve any problem that will come up along the way. About 8 months ago I decided to remodel my backyard, ‏ I had a few people coming over to give me an estimate for this project, I decided to go with US Home they gave me the best price and promise to finish the job as fast as possible. It was time to really remodel the master bedroom's bathroom, which is the largest in the house. It desperately needed a large fixer upper, and I wanted to go for a more classical look, something out of the Roman baths. Well I am glad I hired these guys, because they delivered big! They really knew their stuff, got some quality marble, and tiles, and really fixed up the bath and shower to better meet the look I wanted to go for. Now my bathroom looks as luxurious as I originally envisioned it. They really took advantage of the size of the bathroom and made great use of the height, making it very bright during the day, and comfortable during the night! "Me and my husband just moves in to our new, but old, home. The house we bought is pretty old and needed a lot of work done but we were very low on budget. We started looking around hopefully to find descent company that will take care of our needs, in OUR budget .So we left our info in few websites and the phone started ringing. This year we've had a lot of leaks from our roof unto the second floor. We weren't prepared during the Winter months for all that rain. I attempted to fix the roof myself, but ended up causing more damage - which is what made me need to hire a professional crew to fix it. Luckily these guys knew all the ins and outs of repairing the roof. But they also explained to me why I had such a problem this year as opposed to before. We came up with an excellent deal, and not only repaired the roof, but made significant update to the shingles and the insulation! Now I am prepared for the hot summer months and the cool ones! When I needed to get my kitchen remodeled this summer I turned to Angie's List and lo and behold I found a really well reviewed company that was located near me. US Home Developers also offered a really cool coupon: I would get a great design!So I called them over and we went over what I wanted done. Pretty much I wanted to change the old looking wood cabinets I had to something more modern. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, but I know I wanted my kitchen to just look better, and bigger, and less cluttered.They took down as much information I can give them and had their design team put together a real awesome 3D representation of what the kitchen would look like. I really loved it, because it gave me some examples of what I had in mind, but I didn't particularly like the cabinets. I was hoping this wouldn't be a big deal, so I asked them if they can change the cabinets somehow. They were really happy to oblige me and in a few days I was given an entirely new set of designs with open shelves that I thought were perfect for what I wanted done.I decided to sign with them and they got started immediately. I really liked the work that they did. The walls were painted a light cyan, and the open shelves were made of glass so it was perfect against the cyan. I had a lot of natural light in my kitchen, and it was emphasized even more because we chose the bottom cabinets to be a dark brown, with a gray countertop.Over all it made my kitchen look fantastic, and brand new and I am totally in love with it. After a good twenty years, the residents of a townhome I own have decided to move on. I wanted to take the opportunity to give a long overdue make-over for the home before I get new tenants. For a long time I maintained an under-market cost to my tenants because they were model residents. For my next residents I wanted to increase the cost, but I had to justify it.Because this is a business venture for me I am on a tight budget. I started looking around on Angie's List for competent re-modelers, and came across US Home Developers. I got their coupon for a 3D design, which I felt was a great offer because it would give me a clear indication of where they think and where they want to go. Their representative, Avi, was a great guy. We went over everything I needed to get done, and I went over with him my budget range. Because of that limitation we had to go over some ideas that would be cost effective. It took well over an hour, but Avi was very patient with me. We decided on a few ideas and he promised to return back within a few days with a design.A few days later I got a real great design from Avi's design team. They were going to open up the kitchen, repaint the interior, and replace the carpeting with hardwood flooring. For the bathrooms we were going to add a new sink, lights and tiles, and for the kitchen, an installation of new cabinets.When we worked out the cost, I was pleased that it fit well within my budget, and I decided to move forward with US Home Developers. As they worked, Avi was always on top of everything, making sure that all the materials were provided when needed, and that the workers were on schedule.It took several months of hard work but in the end they did a fantastic job. Even though I had a slight change in the middle, they were happy to oblige, and it didn't affect our schedule at all.They kept true to the designs, and it made the interior of the town home look superb. I noticed a small leak in my roof. Dreading the probability of it costing an arm and a leg, and the pursuit of calling roofers, I tried Yelp and found these guys right away. They were the first and only phone call I made! The woman who answered the phone was really nice and helpful. I left my info and she said someone would be calling back to set up an appointment. About an hour later meir called and we set an appointment. Definitely 5 star service so far! I was feling pretty good...meir was awesome. He could see my roof right from his computer (WHA?!?!) and had an idea of what it might be. meir was really flexible with my schedule too. Hecame out right on time. After a little small talk he was up on the roof.meir confirmed the leak on the roof after he got down. Now this is typically the time when people can take advantage of someone's lack of expertise on the subject. And here is what made my experience so awesome... It turned out that there was a nail sticking up from my roof that was causing the leak. meir offered to fix it, but he also told me it was a really easy fix. meir could have just as easily confirmed that there was a hole up there and it was going to cost $500-$1000 to fix, and I would've paid and not known the difference. But instead he was completely honest, AND he told me exactly how it needed to be fixed. It sounded easy, like maybe I could do it on my own, so I asked him and he said it was definitely something I could fix on my own.In this poor economic climate its heartwarming to know that some people (even total strangers) still look out for one another. I will surely pay it forward and if I ever have a roof issue I know who to call now. I'm also going to pass them along to my real estate agent who keeps a list of good contractors.
