How long have you been in business?
UrbanMops just formed in 2022. We saw that there was a huge need for proper cleaning services for our customers in an easy to do manner. That's why we prioritize quick/easy interactions through Text/Phone/Email/Website for our customers and schedule cleans as seamlessly as possible
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
UrbanMops supplies its own cleaning equipment and supplies. Our cleaners are trained to bring all the sprays/disinfectants/towels/cloths for the cleans. If a customer would like the cleaner to use their own products, our cleaners are ready to do that as well. Only thing the CUstomer may need to provide is the Vacuum and Mop
What do you love most about your job?
UrbanMops prioritizes a great cleaning experience. From our seamless Website Booking Portal to our automated notifications/emails, the customer will always be aware of what's going on. Simultaneously, behind the scenes we are working hard scheduling/assigning our professional cleaners to be ready for your home/place of business. That's what we love, making sure our customers get their cleaning through our professional cleaners
What inspired you to start your own business?
We at UrbanMops felt that other companies in the professional cleaning services industry were disorganized and frankly unprofessional in terms of the way they interact with customers from booking all the way to cleaning. That's why we pride ourselves to do everything in our power to make sure the customer has a flawless experience from start to finish. We are always ready to be available with our customers to help out with any issues. That is what sets us apart from others in the industry and why we wanted to fix it
