Vaughn catered an Open House attended by 40 or so lawyers. I narrowed the choices down some, then said "you choose" and I'm so glad I did! Â He created a well rounded menu that my colleagues continue to rave about. He took care of all the details, set up, serveware and utensils, and clean up. My husband and I own an event staffing company and have worked with Urbana Catering many times. Chef Vaughn has some of the most delicious food we've ever tasted. The Vidalia Salmon is so incredibly tasty it disappears as soon as it's put out on the buffet. He puts just the right amount of flavor in everything he makes. Be sure to try his Turkey Sliders and Hearts of Palm Mock Crabcakes...you won't be disappointed. More...

Urbana catered my daughter's high school graduation party. Â We ate like kings. Â The food was delicious, easy for everyone to eat while standing around talking. Â Really I just wanted food that would be good, and be in the background, but you can't keep food this good in the background. If I had to describe Urbana Catering Concepts in one word it would be MAGIC. Chef Vaughn Williams and his team were amazing.
With more than 300 people at our wedding reception with a plated dinner, he worked in tight quarters to make our wedding reception amazing.

I've worked with Urbana Catering Concepts several times over the years - recently for a big (about 200 person) nonprofit, fundraising event that includes heavy hors d'oeuvres for our guests. Â We've had this event annually for 3 years & we've worked with Urbana Catering Concepts the last two years and we couldn't be happier with our experience from planning, to price, to the food, to the staff at the event. Â We were far, far happier with Urbana than the caterer we used our first year (in case you're wondering - the first year caterer was Square Rabbit).Chef Vaughn has always been really great about working with us on menu items (making suggestions & being open to ours) and working to keep us within our budget. Â For example - we needed a few vegan options at our event this year and Vaughn had great ideas! Â Since using Urbana for this event we've heard nothing but great things about the food and I can't say enough good things about the staff. Â They are amazingly friendly & helpful - they kept everything looking good throughout the event and even kept our donated dessert area cleaned up and looking nice.
