How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We offer 1-on-1 personal training and group fitness classes, such as non-contact boxing and TRX. From the minute you walk in the door, all of our attention is on your and your goals. We focus on form over everything to help you get results.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency is key! We hold all of our clients accountable to reaching their health and fitness goals by requiring clients to keep a daily nutrition and exercise log and review it each session.

Why should our clients choose you?
We don't just teach our clients to work hard, but work smart. We address the underlying cause of improper form with exercises that address weaknesses in posture and dynamic movement. You will feel better about yourself after each session!
Personal Training
At Uppercut Fitness, we offer complete 3, 6, and 12 month workout programs. Most of our clients come in to train 2-4 times per week. We focus on both the fitness and nutrition components that are required for fitness success. We also focus on corrective exercise and design a program based on your unique body movement.
Group Fitness Classes
We currently offer non-contact boxing boot camp style classes and TRX suspension training classes. These classes are designed to give you a total body workout that is challenging, fun, and great if you are time strapped and need a quick calorie burn!
Rock Steady Boxing
Rock Steady Boxing is a program designed specifically for people who have Parkinson’s Disease. These classes are designed to address and manage the symptoms of Parkinson’s in a format similar to our regular boxing classes.
