Scheduled thru my home warranty service. When they didn’t show up for the 4 hour window they scheduled. I called because I do understand stuff happens. Was given a guarantee someone would be out today. They said between 4-6 ok no worries. However no call twice in one day and no show twice in one day. My customers would have fired me for this kind of customer service. I am just speculating however I think they got involved with a warranty company to get work but since it doesn’t pay like other jobs they shrug homeowner warranty’s off. If the owner calls with a great explanation on why I lost a day of work during my busy season for a no show and works to fix this embarrassment of a no show I will change and update. However as it stands now I wouldn’t recommend a company who doesn’t deliver on their own made schedule. More...

Highly recommend this company. I needed a toilet replaced in my home. I text them and he answered promptly and came out the next day. Jonathan was very nice and professional. Walked me through everything he was doing. Did a plumbing inspection and made very useful recommendations to lengthen the usage of my current appliances but was not trying to be a “pushy salesman” to sell additional services I didn’t need. He was quick, efficient, cleaned up everything when he was done and the price was definitely reasonable. Will be using him for any future projects I have. More...

Used a home warranty and they chose this vendor to fix a broken pipe under the kitchen sink. Claim filed on Sunday and no appointment until Friday. Tried to call vendor to get an appointment earlier in the week and there was no response and their vm is full. Called the warranty company today when the vendor hadn’t even called within the 4 hour window & was told the tech was stuck working another job but they’d be here between 3 &330. No call, no show, and I’m still washing dishes in a bathtub. This company is terrible and I wouldn’t let them touch anything in my house if they paid me. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise because if their communication skills are this bad, how great can they be with plumbing? Super disappointed More...
