Unleaded inherited our busted, broken site and got it up and running smoothly. It was nothing short of a miracle. They have been invested in the long term success of our company from the very first time we connected. I consider them true partners. From an initial audit, they were able to identify and fix key security risks. They are skilled at troubleshooting with Magneto and have found ways to complement our existing build with .apis and plugins. It’s all enjoyable, too. No, but no one is...especially in this industry where customer's expectations often go beyond actual scopes of work. My eCommerce and digital experience span nearly 20 years. When doing the research for a low cost ecommerce platform that was robust and flexible Magento came to the forefront. After completing a detailed analysis, I looked into several Magento partners. In our implementation there would be significant difficult integration with our back end systems. Many Magento partners I contacted did not understand what we needed. Some did not even call back. Jarod was not only extremely responsive; he assured me that they had experience with such integration work and spoke to it in detail. Unleaded definitely proved that they could handle what we threw at them. They were able to build a Magento site with complex integration in under six months. Any delay to the project came back to Unleaded waiting on us, not them. Where I come from (Top 2 eCommerce site on the web), building out a complex solution in this timeline is unheard of and for only a fraction of the cost I would have paid elsewhere. As for customer service and maintenance, Unleaded was many times more responsive than firms I have used in the past. And believe me, the firms I have used are the best in the industry. To give you an example, I found a defect late Friday, not a significant one, but nonetheless, Unleaded worked through the weekend to get it resolved. I spoke with multiple people over the weekend to make sure it was fixed correctly before Monday. If that is not dedication and excellent customer service, I do not know what is. Words can't describe how amazing and knowledgable Unleaded has been for us. Their work ethic is second to none. The communication was like having someone sitting next to us at the office. ..always there. I have read the reviews below and I can tell you that my company, at this time, has spent less than some of them. Not to mention that all of our projects were in constant piecemeal over the past 8 months and not once did we feel we were being robbed or pushed aside for a bigger client. I am new to online business. I needed a shopping cart but I donâ t have a lot of products, and I didnâ t have a big budget or an angel investor. Unleaded recommended Big Commerce as a solution for me and Iâ m happy to report that the template design I opted for looks as custom as any of the websites on Unleadedâ s Portfolio, some that I imagine cost $100,000 or more. What I liked about working with Unleaded was that they prioritized me and my rather small (by comparison) project as if I was one of the $100,000 clients. I was assigned a Project Manager just like Unleadedâ s biggest clients and she kept me on task and on deadline. My Big Commerce site is launched and Iâ ve made more sales than Iâ d expected and want to grow that even more. We're determined to upgrade our ecommerce website to Magento after attending the Innovate Magento Conference in 2011. While there, we listened as one of Unleadedâ s clients commanded the stage and spent 15 minutes extolling the virtues of Unleaded as the Magento Gold Partner to count on. I don't speak Web. I barely speak computer. Yet, as a communicator, I found myself in charge of the Web site for one of the city's most respected organizations. I therefore sought expertise I didn't have. I went through four Web designers over 10 years. I can't even imagine the number of hours I spent trying to communicate what I wanted our Web site to be. Let's just say, our vocabularies never really meshed. (For years I thought a gigibyte was a jungle disease.) Leaving my big, comfortable organization, I wanted to go back to writing and I wanted to do it on my own Web site. An unlikely path for me, but there it was. I contacted Unleaded and they wanted to know if I had ideas about what the site should look like. Earth colors, I suggested. And as much like a newspaper as possible with a bit of the journal to soften it a little. We diid not discuss the dreaded jungle fever or speeds or key words or any of the rest.
