I wanted to order flowers for my friend's birthday today (which also needed to be delivered today). I placed my order online that had a lovely grouping of roses and sunflowers in it and I also asked for extra sunflowers  if replacements were needed.  I called a short while later to confirm the order was received..."WADE" was extremely helpful and HONEST.  He let me know that a certain flower in the bouquet was in sad shape and their shipment had not arrived.  Now this was BEFORE anything was completed -- WOOHOO!! At no other time that i ordered flowers has a florist let me know about a change in the arrangement before hand.  The arrangement was stunning!!! A perfect balance of greenery accented the flowers and NOT drowned them out...i have not stopped smiling since my friend sent me a picture of them. My family called at the last minute to try to order flowers for a family member's funeral services. With the viewing and rosary just later that day, we weren't very optimistic about getting something there in time. The first store we called was rude and completely unhelpful. Thankfully, the employee we spoke with at University Flowers was the absolute opposite. Â He promised he could have something to the service before the viewing began and put together a beautiful arrangement for being so last-minute. We're so grateful University Flowers handled the situation so respectfully and put together something so lovely. We're out of state and can't get into town quick enough for the services, so we were devastated at the thought that we might not be able to have an arrangement there either. I scrolled down my Yelp selections and was repeatedly told that my last minute Mother's Day flowers order could not be delivered. When the team at University Flowers answered the phone she seemed almost shocked that I asked like "could" was not in her thought process. Nonetheless, I was befuddled and then had trouble expressing what I wanted so she said let me rephrase what do you want to spend and what flowers do you want in it. I clarified the delivery charge, which was very low and she said okay let me check to see if I have the pink tulips. She did and confirmed my order!! Â My Mother had a lovely arrangement of yellow roses and pink tulips delivered before the end of the day. I received an email confirmation verifying my purchase within minutes of my call and then an email verification of delivery minutes after my Mother received her delivery. This was appreciated because I am out of state. Thank you University Flowers for have a great phone presence, asking fact finding questions to uncover my needs, verifying my purchase, and delivering on the expectations!!! Your work brings joy and shares the love we feel for each other and allowed me to express that to my very deserving Mother from thousands of miles away. More...

What a wonderful job Tammy with University Flowers did for our daughter's wedding. She exceeded the bride's expectations. All the flowers were beautiful, she listened to all of our requests, and we are so happy we used her!!!

My boyfriend always buys Me flowers from here. He has for the past four years. I absolutely love every arrangement I get from them! They last forever and they are always unique vases they send them in, which I like. I have personal used them to send flowers to my mom a few times and the arrangements have been how I've requested. Which is a plus. I like for a florist to have the same vision and I can't wait to have them to do my wedding! More...

When sending flowers you never really know what you are going to get! You always hope that what's delivered is what you paid for. I've had several companies let me down over the years until I found University Flowers!! Their flower arrangements go ABOVE and BEYOND.
