Rick and the guys at UNITS of Nashville were amazing! Having a storage pod, as opposed to a traditional storage unit, worked out SO much better for my wife and I. Much more convenient!. They were very responsive to my emails, and quite timely with the delivery of our pod, both to our old house and new. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the "condition" of the inside of the pod, once we received it at the new house. All of our belongings were fine, and nothing was broken. However, bugs and spiders were able to make their way into our pod while it was being stored at their facility. To be fair, they were up front with us from the very beginning that they store their pods outside, and bugs could be a problem. It wasn't a HUGE issue, since we were able to just stick everything in our garage and then set off a bug bomb. But I just wanted to throw that out there. Like I said, it is one of those things that's kind of out of their control, but still an issue.Overall, great experience with UNITS, and we would DEFINITELY use them again in the future! More...

UNITS Moving & Portable Storage of Nashville were great to work with. I need a storage unit to empty out my garage so the garage floor could be refinished. UNITS scheduled a convenient time to deliver the storage UNIT so that I would have enough time to remove everything from the garage before the team coming in to refinish the floors were schedule to start. The owner is very responsive and helpful. He followed through on every ask and commitment. Additionally, the storage units are very clean and well kept. UNITS prices are significantly less expensive than PODS with excellent A+++ customer service from the owner to the staff. As a recent customer, I was thoroughly impressed and extremely pleased with them. This is one customer who will definitely use UNITS again. This company is awesome!!! Starting with the unit: Very well made (looked brand new). The staff: Rick was extremely easy to work with. He gave me his cell number for a direct contact on the first call when I was just checking prices. From there he made sure to keep me informed at every stage. Joseph (the other half of the team) delivered and picked up the unit. He was never late, took time to make sure the unit placed where I wanted it, and is overall great person! I can't say enough good things about my experience with UNITS Nashville. The owner Rick was very nice, professional, and was available to answer any questions before I was ready to move forward. He was also willing to match or beat the cost of the major competitors in town. Once we had the containers delivered I was even more impressed by the professionalism of the crew and quality of the containers.
