What do you love most about your job?
My coaching philosophy is embracing ontological language to support clients in achieving their goals and creating a new way of being that will help these changes. I also help my clients when dealing not only with internal conflict but the conflict that manifested outside of them, such as in the workplace and in their professional life that might jeopardize their success at work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My clients not only benefit from my professional experience but also from my personal and spiritual development because I have overcome personal, professional, and health challenges that have gifted me a pearl of unique wisdom to assist my clients in their journey of success.

Mediation
Mediation is a process in which a neutral third party assists in resolving a dispute and creates mutually acceptable agreements between two or more parties. Mediation is done in person. The process is entirely confidential and is not part of a legal process. Decision-making rests with the parties, and the mediator facilitates the discussion and agreement without deciding the resolution itself. Our mediation is based on the Transformative model that was applied successfully by the USPS (REDRESS). There are different mediation models, but transformative mediation specifically facilitates communication to restore collaborative relationships. Cost-saving mediation consistently resolves 90% of workplace conflicts successfully, without involving any legal counsel.
It is important to note that there are attorneys who offer services as mediators. These types of mediation services are to offer neutral legal advice or negotiate a settlement (evaluative mediation). This type of evaluative mediation DOES NOT focus on human-perspective needs. It is designed to provide legal information and negotiations for monetary settlements.
Training and Development
We also provide training on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to foster positive competition, while enhancing relationships to boost morale and build trust and productivity. Our workshops are interactive and use the latest research, providing an exceptional learning environment that will have participants walking out the door with hands-on skills. Our methodology equips our clients to expand their perspective, or “worldview,” and see the underlying issues affecting or fueling the problems. Afterward, we work with you to restore meaningful communication and restore the workplace culture.
